Panzer IV Ausf.H
Description
The most common modified medium tank produced in Germany, the Sam Pz. IV was developed by Krupp and serially produced from 1937 until the end of the Great Patriotic War.
The Ausf.H modification appeared in April 1943, and differs from its predecessors in the reinforced frontal armor of the turret, now shielded by additional 5mm steel plates.
Ausf.H production continued until July 1944.
The tank appeared in various global conflicts until 1967.
