The game begins with a first level Headquarters. Improvements to this building open new possibilities for upgrading and developing the base and its military units, as well as increasing the size of your offensive and defensive troops – which in turn opens access to new maps.

The key organizational structure of the United States Armed Forces is the unification, under a single military command, of several branches of the military, each designed to perform tasks in a specific field. However, during World War II, the United States Army fought a continent away from the Ministry of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff. In many ways, military command fell to the commanders and troops on the field, scattered across the various combat zones.
